Just another monday. Not much exciting going on. Same old morning routine. I wish everyday could be like yesterday, but I guess then I wouldn't ever get much done. I just really would love to sleep a little more in the morning.
We had four new people in our morning classes today. That brings the total up to 10 which is a lot. Three are from the U.S. and they are all here with the same program. The other one is from switzerland and has been at the school for a few weeks already but was in a lower level and is now moving up. More subjunctive in both classes. Then in the afternoon we talked about superstitions and spanish people are weird because they think it's good luck if you accidentally step in dog poop or if a bird poops on your head. That's just gross. If I was walking around town and a bird pooped on my head I seriously would not be thinking "wow it's my lucky day." But anyway.
After class I got my package from home and was so excited to get more fuzzy socks. And chocolate of course. Then we hung around the school a bit and used the internet. Then we returned to our houses. Today was laundry day and cleaning day so today I got new sheets on my bed and one of my towels got washed which was nice because I was beginning to wonder if that was ever going to happen. I also already got some of my clothes back which was a nice surprise. And I've just been hanging out in my room ever since. Trying not to think about a little bit of homework that I should do. Trying not to think about all the logistics that go into planning trips for the weekends.
But I guess I probably should do something. So I should finish this up. Maybe I'll be more interesting tomorrow.
