Today was a nice lazy day.  It was fantastic getting to sleep in today and not having anything specific planned.  The weather was really nice.  Though you couldn't tell from what the spaniards were wearing, you would think it was freezing with all the coats and scarves and boots.  I was in a sundress and sperrys and probably could have gone without the cardigan for parts of the afternoon.  But then I just would have looked completely out of place instead of mostly out of place.

I tried out the route to my internship place to make sure I can get there tomorrow morning.  It doesn't seem like it will be too hard or take too terribly long.  I will be interested to see how my first day goes.  I'm kind of nervous and I hope I can do everything I need to do and mostly I just hope I can understand what they want me to do.

We stumbled upon a mother teresa exhibit this afternoon.  It was free and the same thing that came to benedictine last year but I never made it to that one so it was really cool for me to read about her life and the impact she had on the world.

While we were walking around we happened to see a group practicing for holy week processions.  We had to wait for them to make a turn so we could pass.  It was super intense.  It's going to be crazy watching all the processions when holy week comes around.  I'm pretty excited.

I'm also excited for the cubs to kick off spring training today.   And I'm excited that I'm getting to listen to the game online.

Ok there's your randomness for this sunday.  Hopefully I will only have good things to report on my first day on the job tomorrow.
